At Pointers And Hooks, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. After this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

- Downloadable products

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. We’ll also let you know if your refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method, generally within a few days.
Non-refundable Items
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
Need to exchange something? Make sure your item meets the return conditions above. *We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at pointersandhooks@gmail.com.*
Shipping Costs
When returning an item, you will be responsible for the shipping costs, including the cost to ship the exchanged item back to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the arrival of your returned item.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
